EOC: Standing out in the Crowd

I think our spa bathroom will be the space that stands out the most out of our project, with the self cleaning toilet the bachelor will have a clean smelling bathroom. Right across the toilet he has a mirror with a t.v. that he can watch his games or catch up with the news. He is not going to want to leave the bathroom as the shower has a water fall and jets relaxing him as he showers. When he gets out, he has warm towels waiting for him on the front wall.  The glass wall on the shower will allow him to feel at home and comfortable. All the accessories and paint color will have a welcoming feeling that he won’t want to leave. Last but not least the warm heated floors will have him feeling warm inside! the floor will have a look of pebbles allowing you to think that you are actually at a spa. This alone will be a wow for the bachlor who has never seen pebbles on a whole bathroom floor.

Week 9 EOC: The biggest challenges of budgeting

I think the biggest challenge for this project is getting exact prices with customer prices to get a whole con census of the cost and the things that can happen if their are changes. I think these challenges would be the same if you had a client and maybe even more, ones that we might not even be aware of since we are not out in the field yet. If, my budget was really of, I would tell the client "I made a big mistake with the budget" If they are okay with me fixing it and still staying with me then I would be grateful. But, if they choose to leave because of my mistake and hire someone else, then so be it. If, they keep me then I make sure I make that correction and don't let it happen again.  If, this his happens after the whole project was done, I would try to go back to the client and clarify that I made a mistake and if they can pay me the difference. If, they don't want to then I am screwed but wont make that mistake again and revise my budget as many times as it takes.

Week 6 EOC: Professional Sales Presentation

Gathering Pictures and materials of what we want in Veer Condos. Will allow us to video tape one of us and present as we describe what the new bachelor pad would look like.
This will help us sale the condos and possibly allows us to make a better version and make a commercial out of it for marketing purposes.
Maybe taking some pictures and fixing them up with Photoshop we can give the illusion of the bachelor pad with all the electronics that makes your life easier.

Week 5; Mid Term

Our project had wows; it was well designed although our presentation was not to par. I feel that we will improve on it. Our Ideas have been well communicated. Our promotion was trough pamphlets, billboards, and word of mouth. We were very selective “evaluating various needs or opportunities, and then deciding which of these should move forward as a project to be implemented,” in the design to sale Veer Tower condos. It did target specific men, had contracts, and produced a design solution. Although I think our presentation came in second. I think we did a good job presenting our information. I think the technology should have been better and that is where we failed and aside from not understand that it had to be presented as if we were in front of Veer management. I think we will take the next step and make it better.
The 4 Interior Design team project was well designed, they communicated their idea very well, and got their word out. Their creativity, technology and viability showed in their presentation. Although it was short and brief they gave a lot of information and presented “the project objective, very clear, attainable, specific, and measurable.” I applaud them for giving a good presentation.
The 4 Interior Design group did a better job in presenting their idea. I think they did a better job in “terminating the project effectively.” Both teams developed networking information, produced a design solution, and applied the principles. All of the presentations where specific, Measurable, agreed upon, realistic, and timed framed.
